How do I host an activity?

Once you’ve signed in, you'll be able to host an activity by tapping the PLUS button at the bottom of the screen. There you can fill in the details for your activity, and once you’ve submitted it, your event will be available in your city.

How do I join an activity?

Once you’ve signed in, you'll be able to see all of the activities going on in your city. Simply pick one that suits your interests, tap on it, and commit!

How do I change my profile picture?

To change your profile picture, go to "Profile" > "Edit Profile", then tap on the photo you'd like to change, and select a new photo from your camera or photo library.

Who are myCrew Community Leaders?

Community Leaders are members that we've checked personally to verify that they're 100% authentic, genuine, hosting material. When you see a blue tick, that's a community leader who's regularly hosting events, attending activities, and a good resource for any questions you might have.

How do I speak to others attending an activity?

Once you’ve joined an event, you'll be able to chat with the other members in the group through the chat feature. Here you can figure out all the details, including the meetup time and location, where you'll stop along the way, and where you might grab a drink after!

I found a bug, what should I do?

Sorry about that! Unfortunately, as with all new things, there can be some bugs. The best thing to do is take a screenshot, and the app will allow you to send it in. This way we can get the best data on what happened, and fix it as soon as possible.

How do I delete my myCrew user account?

We're sorry to hear that you want to remove your myCrew account! To ensure that all of your data is removed correctly, please send an email including your full name and birthdate to delete-me@mycrew.com. Make sure to send it from the email address affiliated with your account!
